Rules of residence

For additional accommodation in rooms, the price increases by 2,000 rubles for each bed.

Breakfast is included in the room rate based on the number of main beds and additional accommodation.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (if guests staying at the hotel are unable to have breakfast at the set time, they will be provided with a lunch box based on the number of main beds in the room).
Long-distance telephone calls are permitted with the administrator's permission for an additional fee according to the cost of the services provided.
Secure parking is available for 300 rubles per day.
Check-out time at the hotel is 12:00 p.m.
Rooms must be booked for at least one night.
If a guest stays (without a reservation) from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., half the daily rate will be charged.
Mini-bar services are charged separately according to the price list.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
Children under 6 years of age are not charged for accommodation, but no extra bed is provided.
Laundry and ironing services are provided according to the price list.
Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Master Card Electronic, PR0100, and Mir cards (with a mandatory PIN code) are accepted for payment.
The hotel does not guarantee accommodation/check-out earlier/later than the scheduled time.
Guests of the Grand Elets Hotel are allowed to invite visitors to their rooms only until 11:00 p.m. After 11:00 p.m., if the room capacity allows, the visitor is registered in accordance with the established procedure upon presentation of identity documents and pays for an extra bed.

Attention! Smoking areas are provided on the hotel premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel rooms, including balconies, as well as in all areas of the restaurant complex. The rooms are equipped with fire alarms that react to cigarette smoke. All costs associated with the arrival of the fire brigade will be paid by the offender who smoked in the room.

Information for guests

In accordance with paragraph 19 of section 3 of the “Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation,” approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation “On the Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation” dated October 9, 2015, No. 1085 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), a contract for the provision of hotel services is concluded upon presentation by the consumer of a document certifying his identity, issued in accordance with the established procedure, including:

a) a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation
b) a birth certificate — for persons under the age of 14
c) a foreign citizen's passport or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen
d) a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a stateless person;
e) a temporary residence permit for a stateless person;
f) a residence permit for a stateless person.

According to paragraph 21 of the Rules, minors under the age of 14 may be registered at a hotel on the basis of documents certifying the identity of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives accompanying them, the accompanying person (persons), a document certifying the authority of the accompanying person(s), as well as the birth certificates of these minors.
