Rules for online booking of accommodation in accommodation facilities/properties via the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine

Scope of application


These rules (“Rules”) have been developed by TravelLine and are valid when the Client (“User”) independently books Accommodation in Accommodation Facilities/Properties on the Internet through the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine. By using the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine, you confirm that you have read and understood these Rules and agree to abide by and comply with them. If the User does not agree with any of the provisions of the Rules, the User is not entitled to use the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine.

The Rules may be changed without any special notice. The new version of the Rules shall come into force from the moment it is posted in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module.

Booking and payment


The TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module provides the User with the technical ability to independently book Accommodation in Accommodation Facilities/Properties.

Accommodation Facility shall be understood to mean premises used to provide accommodation services (Hotel, Sanatorium, Motel, Mini-Hotel, Hotel Complex, and others).

A facility is understood to mean premises provided to the User for rent for temporary possession and use for accommodation under a lease agreement.

Accommodation is understood to mean a room/apartment/house in a facility or a room (and/or services) in a means of accommodation.

TravelLine is not an agent of the Accommodation Facility/Property selected by the User, is not an intermediary between the User and the Accommodation Facility/Property, and does not make Accommodation reservations for the User at the Accommodation Facility/Property.

TravelLine does not charge the User any fees for using the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine for the purpose of booking Accommodation in Accommodation Facilities or renting Accommodation Objects (hereinafter referred to as bookings).

  • The contract for the provision of Accommodation booking services in the Accommodation Facility/Property selected by the User is concluded between the User and the Accommodation Facility/Property without the participation of TravelLine. Any claims and obligations related to the services provided are subject to resolution between the User and the selected Accommodation Facility/Property.
The party liable to the User under the agreement between the User and the Means/Object of Placement is Public Joint Stock Company “Energia”, 4821000142/482101001, +7 (47467) 6-10-50, reservations@grandelets.ru.
  • Confirmed reservations for accommodation can be paid for using any of the methods supported by the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine. Please note that the accommodation provider/facility has the right to set restrictions on the choice of payment methods.
Also, the TravelLine online booking module: When paying for a booked Accommodation, the Booking Engine allows you to take into account points and/or personalized offers and discounts provided to the User as part of the Accommodation Facility/Property loyalty program or as part of the Partner loyalty program of several Accommodation Facilities/Properties (for more details, see the “Accommodation Facility/Property Loyalty Program” section of these Rules).

Please note!

The Accommodation Facility/Property has the right to involve third parties (agents, technical intermediaries) in the payment process for the booked Accommodation, including those to whose accounts payment for the booked Accommodation made by the User through the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module is transferred. At the same time, the Accommodation Facility/Property remains liable to the User for providing the booked Accommodation, rendering the booked services (permitted in the Accommodation Facility), and refunding the money.

Please note!

The Accommodation Facility/Property has the right to set the cost of Accommodation both in the default currency (Russian ruble) and in another currency available for selection.

The currencies available for payment for the booked Accommodation in the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine, are determined by the processing systems (systems that process payments).


○ When paying for Accommodation by bank card through the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine using internet acquiring in the payment system window that opens using their own bank card, the User pays the amount specified by the Accommodation Facility/Property on the booking form. If, during the booking process, the User pays less than the full cost of the booked Accommodation (if this option is provided by the Accommodation Facility/Property's rate), the remaining amount of the order is paid by the User at the Accommodation Facility/Property upon arrival. An electronic receipt for the amount paid via Internet acquiring will be sent to the email address provided by the User during the booking process, provided that the supplier offering the option of paying by bank card using Internet acquiring provides electronic receipts. TravelLine is not responsible for providing the User with an electronic receipt.

Please note!
If the User pays for the booking with a foreign bank card, the amount debited from the User's bank card will depend on the currency conversion rate of the banks that carry out the transfer.

○ When using the “Deferred Electronic Payment” payment method, the User either enters the data for making the Accommodation reservation into the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module during the booking process or provides the data to the Accommodation Facility/Property without the involvement of TravelLine. Based on the data entered into the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module by the User or the Accommodation Facility/Property, a preliminary booking with a link for payment for the Accommodation is automatically sent to the email address specified during the booking process. By clicking on the payment link, the User uses their own bank card in the payment system window to pay the amount specified by the Accommodation Facility/Property in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module. If the payment is successful, a booking confirmation is generated in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module and sent to the User at the email address specified during the booking process.

If, during the booking process, the User pays less than the full cost of the booked Accommodation (if this option is provided by the rate of the Accommodation/Facility), the remaining amount shall be paid by the User at the Accommodation/Facility upon arrival.

An electronic receipt for the amount paid will be sent to the email address provided by the User during the booking process, provided that the supplier offering the option of paying by credit card using internet acquiring provides an electronic receipt. TravelLine is not responsible for providing the User with an electronic receipt.

Please note!

Payment must be made within the period specified by the Accommodation Provider/Property and indicated in the Preliminary Booking. If the User fails to make payment within the specified period, the booking will be automatically canceled in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module.

○ When using the “Credit Card Guarantee” payment method, the User independently enters their credit card information in the appropriate fields on the payment service website. This information is stored in encrypted form by the provider that enables credit card payments. The Accommodation Facility/Property independently takes the necessary steps to debit the User's bank card for an amount equivalent to the cost of the booked Accommodation. If the Accommodation Provider is unable to perform the card transactions necessary to guarantee the Accommodation booked by the User, the User's booking with the Accommodation Provider may be canceled. The bank card details entered by the User when booking the Accommodation shall be deleted within the time limits set by the payment service provider for the booked Accommodation, or at the request of the Customer, no earlier than the date of the User's departure from the booked Accommodation.

Please note!

You must ensure that the User's card has not expired and that there are sufficient funds in the account to pay for the booked Accommodation.

○ For cashless payments, the Accommodation Facility/Property may set any prepayment amount and restrictions on the possibility of booking with the specified payment method (as a general rule, the payment method is available to Users no later than 5 days before arrival). Cashless payments can be made by legal entities and individuals. Payment must be made within the period specified on the booking form and in the invoice (this setting is entered in the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine Accommodation Facility/Property). In case of violation of the payment deadline, the Accommodation Facility may, at its discretion, cancel the booking through the TravelLine Online Booking Module: Booking Engine.

○ When paying on site, the User pays for the booked Accommodation in cash upon arrival at the Accommodation Facility/Property.

○ When using the “Payment in installments” payment method, in the window of the “Payment in installments” payment method service provider that opens the User independently enters into an agreement with such a provider and pays the prepayment amount set by the Accommodation Facility/Property. If, according to the rules of the “Payment in installments” payment method service provider window, the User successfully pays for the Accommodation, a Booking Confirmation is automatically generated in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module. If, for any reason, the service provider of the “Payment in installments” payment method rejects the payment, the Accommodation booking is not made in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module. The relationship between the User and the service provider of the “Payment in installments” payment method is not covered by these Rules.

○ When the User selects the “Payment at the office” payment method during the booking process, the User has the opportunity to obtain information about the location of the office or offices of the Accommodation Facility/Property where the User can pay for the booked Accommodation. In addition, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the User during the booking process, indicating the address of the office or offices of the Accommodation Facility/Property where the User can pay for the booked Accommodation.

Please note!

The Accommodation Facility/Property has the right to offer non-refundable rates. Under the terms of these non-refundable rates, in the event of cancellation or no-show by the User, the prepayment made by the User (in full or in part) is non-refundable and remains with the Accommodation Facility/Property as a penalty. We recommend that you carefully review the terms and conditions of special offers before completing the Accommodation booking process.

Please note!

The accommodation provider/facility where the User booked their stay and actually stayed will issue documents confirming their stay for the entire period, including stays paid for using online acquiring, payment in installments, or deferred electronic payment.

  • Accommodation reservations are made directly at the time of booking. A booking confirmation or provisional booking (depending on the selected payment method) will appear on the screen immediately after the booking is made. It is recommended to print and save it. In addition, the booking confirmation or preliminary booking (depending on the selected payment method) is sent by email to the address specified by the user when making the booking.

Changing a reservation


The technical functionality of the TravelLine online reservation module: Booking Engine allows you to make changes to the check-in or check-out date, early check-in or late check-out time, additional services (only in Accommodation), guest contact details, guest comments on the order, room category (only in Accommodation) in a booking that has already been made and confirmed by the Accommodation Facility/Property. You can change these parameters at your discretion only through the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module, using the link contained in the booking confirmation sent to you by email after completing the accommodation booking, or in the guest's personal account. It is not possible to make changes that will affect the amount of the partial prepayment made using any of the payment methods available in the Online Booking Module.

After checking the cancellation policy for your previously booked accommodation, you can cancel it and book new accommodation that meets your requirements using the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine.

Cancellation of a reservation


  • To avoid misunderstandings, cancellation of an Accommodation reservation must always be made through the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module. To cancel an Accommodation reservation, it is important that the relevant Accommodation Facility/Property is notified in a timely manner, which is ensured by the functionality of the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module. Accommodation reservations can only be canceled through the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine, using the link and cancellation code from the booking confirmation sent to the User by email after completing the Accommodation reservation, or in the guest's Personal Account. After canceling a previously booked Accommodation, the User will receive a notification of the cancellation. If, for any reason, the User is unable to cancel the booking using the link and cancellation code, we recommend contacting the booking department of the selected Accommodation Facility/Property to cancel the booking.
  • The funds will be returned to the payer using the same method that was used to pay for the booking. The total time for the refund from the moment the User cancels the booking through the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module to the moment the money is actually credited to the User's account depends on the Accommodation Facility/Property, banks, and payment systems involved in the refund procedure. The terms of internal bank procedures and payment system procedures for processing refund requests are set by the banks and payment systems themselves.
  • In the event of late cancellation of the booking by the User or no-show by the User, the Accommodation Facility/Property has the right to apply penalties to the User. The rules for late cancellation, namely the terms and amount of the penalty, are set by each Accommodation Facility/Property independently. When booking Accommodation, it is necessary to carefully read the booking conditions, the rules for special offers, and the late cancellation conditions specified on the Accommodation Facility/Property page, on the booking form, and in the Booking Confirmation. In the event of early departure by the User, the Accommodation Facility/Property has the right to apply penalties to the User in connection with the losses incurred by the Accommodation Facility/Property.
  • When a non-penalty reservation is canceled, the User will be refunded the amount of the prepayment made, excluding loyalty points. Loyalty points are forfeited and cannot be refunded. When a penalty reservation is canceled, penalties are calculated based on the amount of the prepayment made by the User, excluding loyalty points.

Information about the Accommodation Facility/Property


The internationally accepted classification of Accommodation Facilities by number of stars indicates the level of service provided by the Accommodation Facility. In the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine, the classification of Accommodation Facilities is specified by the Accommodation Facilities themselves. This information is not verified by TravelLine.

Additional information, descriptions, and prices for accommodation, the location of the accommodation facility/property, and other information are specified in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module by the accommodation facilities/properties themselves.

TravelLine is not responsible for any discrepancies between the information provided by the accommodation facilities/properties and reality.

Cost of accommodation in the accommodation facility


  • All prices indicated in the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine are determined by the accommodation facilities and apply to all bookings made in the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine according to the parameters set by the accommodation facilities.
Please note!
The accommodation provider/facility has the right to set the cost of accommodation in both the default currency (Russian ruble) and any other currency available for selection.

  • Accommodation reservations are made at the prices set by the Accommodation Facilities/Properties in the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine as valid during the period of the intended stay. When booking accommodation, special price offers set by the accommodation providers in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module are automatically taken into account. The accommodation provider guarantees that the price of accommodation stated in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module is binding for each booking.
  • All prices set by the Accommodation Facilities/Properties in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module are valid for one room/apartment/house and for the selected period of stay, including services (services are only available in the Accommodation Facilities) specified in the Accommodation description that do not fall under the category of paid services. According to internal regulations, Accommodation Facilities/Properties are required to set final Accommodation prices, including taxes, for display in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module. However, prices may not include certain taxes and fees imposed by local authorities.
  • All prices in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module are indicated in rubles, while the booking form allows you to convert the indicated prices into other currencies.

Guest's personal account


When booking accommodation on the website of the Accommodation Facility using the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine, the User can click the “Log in” button, enter their details or log in via VK ID, Sber ID, Tinkoff ID (the list of authorization methods may be expanded) and enable automatic filling of their details each time they book accommodation at the Accommodation Facility/Property.

If the Accommodation Facility/Property activates the additional functionality of the TravelLine Online Booking Module: Booking Engine – “Guest Personal Account”, then after registering in the Personal Account, the User may have access to the following options:

- receiving a discount for initial registration in the Guest's Personal Account and/or other discounts provided by the Facility/Accommodation;

- participating in the Facility/Accommodation Loyalty Program by obtaining a loyalty card (for more details, see the section “Facility/Accommodation Loyalty Program” of these Rules);

- viewing the User Profile, viewing the history of Accommodation bookings at the Accommodation Facility/Property, viewing the loyalty level, editing the booked Accommodation, canceling the booked Accommodation;

- automatically fill in User data each time Accommodation is booked at the Accommodation Facility/Property;

- and other features depending on the settings made by the Accommodation Facility/Property in the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine.

To register in the Guest's Personal Account, the User must either enter their details (surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth (optional), citizenship (optional), email address, phone number) or log in via VK ID, Sber ID, Tinkoff ID (the list of login methods may be expanded).

Please note! When registering in the Guest's Personal Account, the User must specify a phone number or email address depending on the settings of the Facility/Accommodation. If a Guest's Personal Account is already linked to this phone number or email address, the User will be prompted to log in with their existing account or reset their password.

When creating a Guest Account, the User is responsible for the security of the login and password used to access their account. The User undertakes not to disclose or transfer their login and password to third parties, and to take all necessary measures to ensure that their login and password are not accessible to third parties. If any person other than the User logs into the Guest Account using the User's login and password, all actions performed by such person will be considered to have been performed by the User. The User is solely responsible for all actions performed in the Guest's Personal Account, as well as for all actions performed in the Guest's Personal Account by any other persons using the User's login and password.

At this time, to delete the Guest's Personal Account and the data entered, the User must submit a request to the selected Accommodation Facility/Property.

Loyalty Program for Facilities/Accommodation


1. In order for Users to receive personalized offers and discounts at Facilities/Accommodation, accumulate and redeem loyalty points, and increase their overall loyalty level in the Facility/Accommodation loyalty program, the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module allows you to:

- create a Loyalty Program for Users of one or more Accommodation Facilities/Properties (Partner Loyalty Program) using the TL: Loyalty Module, if the Accommodation Facility/Property did not previously have a loyalty program;

- obtain data from “external” loyalty programs if the accommodation facility uses software from other companies.

Please note! Participation in the Loyalty Program for Accommodation Facilities/Properties becomes available to Users if the Accommodation Facility/Property activates the additional functionality of the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine – “Guest Account.”

2. To participate in the Loyalty Program of the Facility/Accommodation or several Facilities/Accommodations (Partner Loyalty Program), the User must obtain a loyalty card or receive data about a previously issued loyalty card of “external” Loyalty Programs by registering in the Guest's Personal Account in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module.

Depending on the settings made by the Accommodation Facility/Property in the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine, the loyalty card is issued to the User after registration in the Guest's Personal Account automatically or manually by the Accommodation Facility/Property.

3. The rules for accruing, debiting, and expiring loyalty points, as well as the rules for accumulating loyalty levels within the loyalty program, are established by the Accommodation Provider/Property and recorded in the settings of the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module independently.

The Accommodation Facility/Property may change these Rules at any time, in which case the changes will only apply to Accommodations and events created after the Accommodation Facility/Property has changed the Rules.

The TL: Loyalty Module functionality allows Accommodation Facilities/Properties to send Users notifications about changes to the loyalty program.

4. As a rule, the Accommodation Provider/Facility posts a description of the loyalty program on its website.

5. Loyalty points for previously booked Accommodation appear in the guest's Personal Account (become available for redemption by the User) 5 days after the check-out date of the booking, birthday loyalty points - depending on the settings made by the Facility/ Accommodation Facility, loyalty points for registering in the guest's Personal Account and manually accrued by the Tool/Accommodation Facility - on the day of the event.

6. In order for the booking to be taken into account by the Loyalty Program, the User must log into the guest's Personal Account before booking. Important: in the future, in order to receive a discount on a new booking or to be able to partially pay for the booking with loyalty points, the User must log in to the Guest's Personal Account in the same way as they registered. For example, if the User registered via VK ID, then the next time they must also log in via VK ID. If the User logs into their Personal Guest Account using another method — VK ID, Sber ID, Tinkoff ID — or via email/phone, a new profile is created each time. Profiles in the Loyalty Program can only be linked at the request of the Facility/Accommodation to TravelLine technical support.

7. The TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine allows points and/or personalized offers and discounts provided to the User as part of the loyalty program of the Accommodation Facility/Property or as part of the Loyalty Program of several Accommodation Facilities/Properties to be taken into account when paying for the booked Accommodation.

8. The User accepts that the selected Accommodation Facility/Property may at any time terminate the provision of discounts, personalized offers, and the accrual of points under the loyalty program. In this case, the loyalty levels and/or loyalty points previously accumulated by the User shall not be subject to use.

Information protection


  • The data entered by the User when booking Accommodation in the Accommodation Facility/Property and/or registering in the Guest's Personal Account is transferred to the Accommodation Facility/Property that the User has selected for booking, and also, if the Accommodation Facility/Property selected by the User participates in a Loyalty Partner Program with other Facilities/Properties, to those Facilities/Properties (third parties). Accommodation Facility participates in a Loyalty Program with other Accommodation Facilities, to the specified Accommodation Facilities (third parties). In addition, some of the data entered by the User may be transferred to a third party - a service provider, but only when necessary for the User. Such a third party may contact the User by email, for example, in order to obtain feedback on the quality of the service booked by the User of the Facility/Accommodation. In this case, upon receiving the first email from such a third party, the User has the option to opt out of further mailings.

  • By agreeing to the terms of these Rules, the User consents to the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing, correcting), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to the Means/ Accommodation Facility and third parties specified in clause 1 of the “Information Protection” section, blocking, depersonalization, deletion, destruction of their personal data and the data of guests, whose legal representative they are and/or who will be staying with them in the room/apartment/house: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number, citizenship, identity document details (series, number), residential address (postcode; region, republic, territory; city, settlement), User's loyalty card number. The specified personal data is requested in order to provide the User and guests, whose legal representative is the User, with the requested services, or to respond to the User's requests, to receive personalized offers and discounts from the User within the loyalty program of the Facility/ Accommodation Facility loyalty program, and to enable the accumulation and increase of the overall loyalty level in the Partner loyalty program of several Means/Accommodation Facilities. The data is displayed in the Booking Confirmation, reporting and accounting documentation, and the guest's Personal Account in the TravelLine: Booking Engine online booking module. Data such as email addresses are used to obtain feedback on the quality of the service provided by the Facility/Accommodation. This consent is given by the User for any actions that don't go against Russian law regarding personal data, aimed at achieving the goals mentioned in the user agreement, including online booking by the User of the selected Facility/ Accommodation Facility selected by the User, the preparation of reporting and accounting documentation, and obtaining feedback on the quality of service of the booked Facility/Accommodation Facility. If the User is provided with advertising and marketing materials, they are also given the opportunity to opt out of receiving such materials in the future. If the User refuses to provide their data, the TravelLine online booking module: Booking Engine does not guarantee the User the technical ability to independently book Accommodation in the Facilities/Accommodation Objects and/or receive personalized offers and discounts as part of the Facility/Accommodation Object loyalty program, the ability to accumulate and increase the overall level of loyalty in the Partner Loyalty Program of several Facilities/Accommodation Objects.

  • Travel Line Systems LLC is a personal data processor in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006. When using TravelLine: Booking Engine, Travel Line Systems LLC acts on behalf of the operator, Means/Accommodation Facility, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 6 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ.

Additional information


All information in the booking form has been compiled with the utmost care. However, errors and typos cannot be ruled out. All information relating to the Accommodation/Facility (photographs, description of the Accommodation/Facility, its rooms and services offered, prices, etc.) is entered by the Accommodation/Facility itself. The Accommodation/Facility is fully responsible for any inaccurate information provided in this way.

The name “TravelLine” and the TravelLine logo are registered trademarks of the company. Other products and company names mentioned on the Accommodation Facility/Property website or in the TravelLine online booking form may be trademarks of their respective owners.

The User uses the TravelLine Online Booking Module: Booking Engine at their own risk. The TravelLine Online Booking Module: Booking Engine is provided to the User “as is.” TravelLine assumes no responsibility, including responsibility for the suitability of the TravelLine Online Booking Module: Booking Engine for the User's purposes and expectations.

TravelLine shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of the User's use of the TravelLine Online Booking Module: Booking Engine.

TravelLine's liability in accordance with Article 15 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is in any case limited to ten thousand (10,000) Russian rubles and is imposed only if TravelLine's fault is established.

These Rules constitute instructions for the User on how to use the

TravelLine Online Booking Module: Booking Engine.
